Warranty Registration
It is mandatory for all mizi customers to register the products within 10 days after delivery.
Does Mizi offer a warranty?
All Mizi products come with a 1-Month Manufacturing Defect Warranty. If your product has a verified manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship within 30 days of delivery, simply contact us with photos of the issue via WhatsApp at +91 9811 381929 or email at Support@mizi.com. Once verified, we’ll provide a free replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Do I need to register my warranty?
If you purchased your product directly from the Mizi website, your warranty is automatically activated — no registration is required. For products purchased through Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or any other online marketplace, please complete the warranty registration process to activate your warranty coverage.
Can I return my item if it doesn't have a serious defect?
Yes, you can return your item within 30 days of purchase, even if it does not have a serious defect. Simply contact us at support@mizi.com to request a return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form along with a prepaid return shipping label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Can I return my item after 30 days?
Returns are generally accepted within 30 days of purchase. After this period, returns are only available for products covered under warranty with a verified major manufacturing defect. If you experience any issue after 30 days, feel free to contact our support team — we’ll always do our best to help find a suitable solution.
