Refund and Returns Policy

At Mizi, every product goes through a strict quality check before dispatch to ensure the best customer experience. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order details and product images. Eligible items may be replaced or refunded based on product availability and inspection results. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customized products, gift cards, coupons, and sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 4–7 business days after approval. Orders refused at delivery or returned due to customer unavailability may not qualify for refunds, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch requests.
