Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days after payment verification. Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location, and tracking information will be shared once your order ships.
You can also track your order anytime through the “My Orders” section in your Mizi account. Please note that items ordered from multiple sellers may arrive separately, and occasional delays may occur due to payment verification or courier-related issues.
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before it has been prepared for dispatch. Simply visit the “Orders” section in your account, select the item(s) you would like to cancel, and submit your cancellation request. Once confirmed, you will receive an email notification regarding the cancellation. Please note that orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled, but eligible items may still be returned through our Return & Refund Policy.
